In breve

• I tuoi dati restano sul tuo dispositivo. Non abbiamo server, non esiste un account, non raccogliamo nulla.
• Nessuna pubblicità, nessun tracciamento, nessuno strumento di analisi o di terze parti.
• L'app legge i dati dell'app Salute solo se lo consenti, solo i tipi che scegli, e non vi scrive mai.

Quali dati tratta l'app e dove restano

Tacuinum conserva solo sul tuo dispositivo, nello spazio protetto dell'app:

• i referti che scansioni o importi (immagini delle pagine e PDF) e i valori che confermi;
• i valori che inserisci a mano, gli eventi (prelievi, visite, esami) e le note;
• il profilo che scegli di compilare (nome, data di nascita, sesso), usato solo per scegliere l'intervallo di riferimento giusto quando un referto ne riporta uno per sesso e per riconoscere errori di data;
• se colleghi l'app Salute, i dati dei tipi che autorizzi (per esempio frequenza cardiaca, pressione, peso, sonno, glicemia, elettrocardiogrammi) importati per mostrarli in Tacuinum.

Noi non riceviamo, non vediamo e non conserviamo nessuno di questi dati: l'app non li invia a nessun server.

Lettura dei referti

Il riconoscimento del testo (OCR) e la lettura dei valori avvengono sul dispositivo. Sui dispositivi che lo supportano, l'app può usare il modello di Apple Intelligence sul dispositivo; non usa mai Private Cloud Compute né altri servizi in rete. Nessun valore entra nella tua cronologia senza la tua conferma.

App Salute (HealthKit)

Con il tuo permesso, Tacuinum legge i tipi di dati che scegli nell'app Salute e li mostra accanto ai risultati delle analisi. Non scrive mai nell'app Salute. I dati dell'app Salute non sono usati per pubblicità, non sono condivisi con terzi e non sono salvati in iCloud da Tacuinum. Puoi cambiare i permessi in qualsiasi momento in Impostazioni › Salute › Accesso ai dati e dispositivi, e cancellare da Tacuinum i dati importati in Impostazioni › App Salute › Rimuovi i dati dell'app Salute.

Fotocamera e file

La fotocamera serve solo a scansionare i referti; i file che importi (PDF, foto) restano nell'app.

Backup del dispositivo

Come per le altre app, i dati di Tacuinum sono inclusi nei backup del dispositivo che attivi tu: i backup iCloud (cifrati end-to-end solo se attivi la Protezione avanzata dei dati) e i backup sul computer (cifrati solo se attivi "Codifica backup locale"). Questi backup sono gestiti da Apple e da te, non da noi.

Conservazione e cancellazione

I dati restano finché li conservi tu. Puoi cancellare singoli documenti e valori nell'app, rimuovere i dati importati dall'app Salute, oppure eliminare l'app: in quel caso tutti i dati di Tacuinum sul dispositivo vengono cancellati.

Minori

Tacuinum non è destinata a minori di 16 anni senza il consenso di chi ne ha la responsabilità.

Non è un dispositivo medico

Tacuinum organizza i tuoi documenti sanitari. Non è un dispositivo medico, non fa diagnosi e non dà consigli medici. Rivolgiti sempre al tuo medico.

In short

• Your data stays on your device. We have no servers, there is no account, and we collect nothing.
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics or third-party tools.
• The app reads Apple Health data only if you allow it, only the types you choose, and never writes to it.

What the app handles and where it stays

Tacuinum keeps on your device only, in the app's protected storage:

• the reports you scan or import (page images and PDFs) and the values you confirm;
• values you type in, events (lab draws, visits, exams) and notes;
• the profile you choose to fill in (name, date of birth, sex), used only to pick the matching reference range when a report prints one per sex and to spot date mistakes;
• if you connect Apple Health, the data of the types you allow (for example heart rate, blood pressure, weight, sleep, blood glucose, electrocardiograms), imported to show it in Tacuinum.

We never receive, see or store any of this data: the app doesn't send it to any server.

Reading reports

Text recognition (OCR) and reading the values happen on the device. On devices that support it, the app may use Apple Intelligence's on-device model; it never uses Private Cloud Compute or any network service. No value enters your history without your confirmation.

Apple Health (HealthKit)

With your permission, Tacuinum reads the data types you choose in Apple Health and shows them next to your lab results. It never writes to Apple Health. Apple Health data isn't used for advertising, isn't shared with third parties and isn't stored in iCloud by Tacuinum. You can change the permissions at any time in Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices, and delete the imported data from Tacuinum in Settings › Apple Health › Remove Apple Health data.

Camera and files

The camera is used only to scan reports; the files you import (PDFs, photos) stay in the app.

Device backups

Like other apps, Tacuinum's data is included in the device backups you turn on: iCloud Backup (end-to-end encrypted only with Advanced Data Protection) and computer backups (encrypted only with "Encrypt local backup"). These backups are managed by Apple and by you, not by us.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data stays as long as you keep it. You can delete documents and values in the app, remove the data imported from Apple Health, or delete the app: all of Tacuinum's data on the device is then erased.

Children

Tacuinum isn't meant for children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Not a medical device

Tacuinum organizes your medical records. It isn't a medical device, doesn't give diagnoses and doesn't give medical advice. Always consult your doctor.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with its date.
